Shipping Charges

• Flat Rate Shipping: Rs. 180 on all orders.
• Free Shipping:  applied to all orders above Rs. 3,499 (after discounts, if any).

Delivery Time

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
• You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Areas

• We currently deliver to most cities and regions across Pakistan.
• If your area is not serviceable, we will inform you after order placement or you may contact us in advance for confirmation.

Delays in Delivery

While we strive for timely delivery, external factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays may sometimes affect timelines. In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Address / Missed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate.

If the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or multiple failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
